1. Submitting A Query:

If you have a Query, when you get to the Support Center, please click on the 'Open New Ticket' button.

Once you have submitted a Support Ticket for your Query, you should receive an acknowledgement by email. This email will give you your Support Ticket Number.

2. Checking The Status Of Your Query:

To access our reply to your Support Ticket, when you get to the Support Center, please:

• enter your email address, and

• Support Ticket Number

in the boxes provided.
Then click the 'Check Status' button.

This should take you to any response that has been posted there for you, in reply to your Query.
